Breyer Markus + Sugarmaple + Calaveras

We are disheartened to say that we were informed by Breyer that we will not be receiving, Markus, Sugarmaple or Calaveras. We are beginning to process refunds and encourage any customers who have preordered any of these horses through us to secure them elsewhere. We apologize profusely for the inconvenience. We are very upset that we cannot provide our wonderful customers with these model horses. Rest assured, we are working diligently to fix this issue in the best way possible. We will be emailing or calling everyone with an outstanding order and have made this our top priority. Those who paid directly with a credit card will be issued a credit to the card that was used to make payment. If payment was made by check, you will receive a refund in the form of a check. If payment was made using Paypal, your Paypal account will be credited. If payment was made with cash, you may stop by the store for a cash refund or request that we send a check in the mail. We have lengthened retail hours to encompass this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We offer our sincerest apologies to those that were affected by this unfortunate occurrence.
