Breyer Bay Brindle Idocus – BreyerFest 2017 Live Auction Test Color

Today, Breyer revealed this beautiful dark bay reverse brindle on the Idocus mold. Boy is he a looker! The bay brindle Idocus is a one of a kind test color that will be part of the BreyerFest 2017 Live Auction. The most recent release on the Idocus mold is:

Breyer 1768 Brunello – Champion Hunter Derby Horse $42.29

Brunello was also offered with a loose mane and tail:

From what I can tell, the bay brindle Idocus has a braided mane and tail. Here is what the BreyerFest Blog has to say about the brindle Idocus:

Meet our BreyerFest Gateway to India Live Auction the warmblood Stallion model (mold 711). Fondly known as Idocus, he was last seen as Brunello, the USEF 2015 National Horse of the Year. This model is in a striking Dark Bay Reverse Brindle and is quite the looker!

Breyer GLOSSY Valegro & Banks Vanilla – BreyerFest 2017 Open Show Prizes

Breyer revealed two of the BreyerFest 2017 Open Show Prize Models. The Sectional Grand Champion Prize is a Glossy Valegro.

This gorgeous horse is a glossed version of:

Breyer 1756 Valegro – Reigning World and Olympic Dressage Champion – $42.29

The Sectional Reserve Champion Prize is a Glossy Banks Vanilla.

This gorgeous horse is a glossed version of:

Breyer 1753 Banks Vanilla – Conemmara – $35.99

I am beyond excited for these two BreyerFest 2017 Prize Models. I’m dreaming of winning a Glossy Valegro but the chances of that happening are quite slim. I’ll definitely be in the market to purchase one if I’m not lucky enough to win one.

This very spectacular glossy Valegro model is the Open Show Sectional Champion prize and this sweet little glossed Banks Vanilla horse is our Open Show Sectional Reserve Champion prize.

Breyer Glossy Silver Bay Carltonlima – BreyerFest 2017 Live Auction Lot

Today, Breyer posted another fantastic test color that will be part of the BreyerFest 2017 Live Auction. This one is the Breyer Carltonlima Emma pony mold in a glorious glossy silver bay. Can you say yum?

Today’s Live Auction model is such a sweetheart we had to share her again!

The fifth lot is a Fell Pony in a Glossy Silver Dapple Bay. The Fell Pony mold (#726) was first released as Carltonlima Emma in 2015 and was sculpted by Kathleen Moody. It was also released as Black-Eye Susan, a Special Run model at the Chasing the Chesapeake Collectors Event last Fall.

Breyer Glossy Chalky Marwari + Costume – BreyerFest 2017 Silent Auction Lot

Breyer posted another goody today! This on is a glossy chalky test color Marwari with a custom made costume by Didi Hornberger. This set will be part of the BreyerFest 2017 Silent Auction. This year’s BreyerFest Celebration Horse is also on the Marwari mold and portrays Nazruddin who will also be performing at BreyerFest 2017!

Another Silent Auction Lot!

Let’s take a look at another one of our outstanding Silent Auction Lots!

This lot has an incredible custom painted chalky white, glossy Marwari model with an absolutely stunning custom-designed Indian Bride’s horse costume created and donated by Didi Hornberger.

BreyerFest 2017 Live Auction Models – 4 Test Colors!

Breyer has been busy posting a number of lovely BreyerFest 2017 Live Auction models. I’ve been woefully behind on my BreyerFest posts but I suppose that late is better than never!

The first auction model is a lovely glossy dark dapple bay pinto on the Mangalarga Marchador or Imperador das Aguas mold.

To remember BreyerFest Carnival we started with Sarah Minkiewicz – Breunig’s Mangalarga Marchador (Mold #738) in a Glossy Dark Dapple Bay Tobiano Pinto.

This mold was first released at BreyerFest 2016 as the Celebration Horse Imperador das Agaus.

The second auction model is dark bay roan on the Breyer Show Jumping Warmblood mold which was sculpted by Sue Sifton. Breyer labeled his picture as a grulla but a bay roan definitely seems more suitable.

The second Live Auction model is a rich, dark Bay Roan on the Warmblood Show Jumper (mold #579).

The third auction model is the well loved Adios mold in a flashy chestnut appaloosa Adios. I anticipate that this fellow will be quite popular!

Sunday’s model is a Flaxen Chestnut Appaloosa on mold 50, the classic Adios model from Chris Hess.

The fourth auction model is the Totilas mold in a beautiful bay tobiano pinto. He is just lovely and I would proudly take him home if I had the money! The BreyerFest 2016 Live Auction featured a glossy chestnut Totilas but this fellow is distinctly different from him.

Totilas (mold #725) looks especially handsome in this Red Bay Tobiano Pinto. Best of luck to all of our bidders!
