For sale is a Traditional Scale Breyer Custom Lonesome Glory By Linda Elkjer. Linda did a lot of resculpting to transform Lonesome Glory from Thoroughbred to Akhal Teke. I would consider him a simple custom. From what I can see, he has a new or reworked neck, a roached mane, resculpting on his eyes, muzzle and new nostrils. He has wrinkles on the front of his muzzle and above his withers on the top of his neck. He has an airhole between his hind legs. This Akhal Teke is prepped, primed and ready to paint. He could maybe use a tad more prepping between his hind legs but as this isn’t a very visible area, likely not necessary. The Akhal Teke is in the same excellent condition that I received him from directly from the artist. Please refer to the pictures for the exact condition.
