The Girl From Ipanema Oh my! Breyer announced the crystal horse for BreyerFest 2016 Carnival. Her name is The Girl From Ipanema and she is the Connemara Mare or Croi Damsha mold. As with all of Breyer’s crystals, she will be closest to Paddock Pal size in scale. We would like to say a heart felt thank you to all that purchased from our store over the Memorial Day weekend. We finally got everything packed and out the door. I think that I might see some non pony covered floor space! Over 50 horses are on their way to new homes. We hope that some of you will share pictures of your horses when they arrive. We would love to share your pictures on our blog!

Memorial Day - Black Jack and the Riderless Horse Black Jack serving at John F. Kennedy’s Funeral Black Jack was a coal black Morgan Quarter Horse cross that was born on January 19, 1947. His only white marking was a small star. Black Jack was named in honor of General John J. “Black Jack” Pershing. He grew to stand a 15.1h and weighed 1,200 pounds. BreyerFest 2016 Presales Breyer revealed some cool new BreyerFest 2016 Carnival Store Mechandise on the BreyerFest Blog; a festive Carnival notebook and a mug! They will both be available in the Breyer Store. I hope that this means they will not be sold in the popup tent. I will not have time to stand in the line for the Popup Tent this year. I would really like to have the mug. I have had very poor luck obtaining the past Breyer Store Special Runs (this year’s Store Models are Diablo DC and Dag Dia.)
