Reigning World and Olympic Dressage Champion
Valegro and rider Charlotte Dujardin are the only pair in history to hold concurrent championship titles at the Olympics (London 2012). World (Normandy 2014), European (Denmark 2013 and Aachen 2015) and World Cup champions (Lyon 2014 and Las Vegas 2015) – they are the most dominant competitors in dressage history! Valegro repeatedly breaks his own world record scores. These currently stand at 94.3% (freestyle to music) and 87.46% (Grand Prix), both at London Olympia 2014, 86.12% (Grand Prix Special) at the 2014 World Equestrian Games. Valegro’s gold medal rush at London 2012 enraptured millions and spawned a new name for dressage – horse dancing! Valegro is a 13-year-old 16.2hh Dutch Warmblood gelding, sired by Negro. Nicknamed Blueberry, he is owned by Carl Hester in partnership with Roly Luard. Breyer’s Valegro is shown performing the elegant pirouette, and comes with a small base.
Valegro is still sealed and tied in the original box. The box may have normal wear. I noted no flaws on the horse. I cannot guarantee the condition of the boxed side. Please note that I have multiples of this model. You may not receive the exact horse pictured. You will receive a brand new in box Breyer Valegro 1756.
