My BreyerFest model inventory was running low and quite honestly, it was probably a good thing. I went a bit overboard this year and purchased several tent special run tickets. Summer has always been a busy time of year. I have attended BreyerFest since it first started as a regional event. I have been fortunate enough to attend almost every single year. It’s alive! The Trove is alive! I have been slowly stocking the website store for Aidan’s Toy Trove It can be accessed from the Trove link on the menu above. Most of our Breyer inventory has been listed. The Trove is set to take payment securely using Paypal (just like our Ebay store) but I hope to move some of the sales from Ebay to the website. Shipping costs have sky rocketed. I have found one of the most economical ways to ship Breyer horses is by Priority Mail. 1 unboxed Traditional Breyer horse ships at a rate of 2 pounds. One of the gotcha’s is that Priority Mail is calculated by pounds only. A package weight of 1 pound and 1 ounce ships at a rate of 2 pounds, ouch! Ever wonder what the power of a PowerSeller is on Ebay? This elusive power is known only to a select group of Ebay sellers. These particular sellers pay Ebay enormous amounts of money in fees. Since the start of Aidan’s Toy Trove last November, I have fed Ebay several hundred dollars to sell my merchandise. After factoring in Paypal fees, I estimate this number to be closer to a grand (yes, that’s $1000!)
