BreyerFest 2017 Pickup Information

BreyerFest Pickup History
Last year, we offered BreyerFest Pickups and were informed by Breyer that BreyerFest Pickups were not allowed. As such, we planned to not offer BreyerFest 2017 Pickups. This saddened us as we had a lot of happy customers last year. This year, Breyer cancelled our BreyerFest Ticket order (for the exact number that we were allowed to order last year.) I spoke with the new gal in charge of BreyerFest 2017 and was told that BreyerFest Pickups are indeed allowed but that the tickets should be purchased directly by the person requesting a pickup and can then be shipped to us.

You Must Provide the Ticket For Tent Special Runs
This year, we are accepting a very limited number of BreyerFest 2017 pickup slots. The catch is that you must provide your own complete BreyerFest 2017 Ticket Package for each Tent Special Run model ordered. Upon receipt of your BreyerFest Ticket Package, we will refund $65 on paid in full orders or subtract $65 from the balance due if payments are being made. You may order your BreyerFest Ticket(s) directly from http://www.breyerhorses.com/bf2017-ticket-landing You will receive an Early Bird discount from Breyer for tickets ordered by April 15th 2017. Don’t forget to use your Collector’s Club discount if you are a member! Ticket prices go up after after April 15th! We must have all BreyerFest Tickets in hand by June 2nd 2017 in order to allow ticket time trading if necessary.

Payment
We are happy to accept time payments on BreyerFest Presales. We require a $50 non refundable deposit per pickup. The deposit will be subtracted from the price of the model. We must have payment in full by July 1st 2017. If payment in full is not received by July 1st, 2017, you risk forfeiting your pickup slot and any money paid. We accept payment via Paypal or by check or money order if we have had positive past transactions with you.

Condition
We will inspect for major flaws but will not guarantee a LSQ horse. Your horse may have factory flaws like visible seams, overspray, lint or goobers in the finish, a small paint rub, etc. Your horse will be free of any breaks, cracks, chips or large paint rubs.

Shipping
Postage is additional and depends on the models ordered and your location. International shipping is available. We are quite familiar with International shipping and offer very competitive rates. Unlike last year, we will not be shipping all presales directly from Kentucky. This created too much strain on us last year. Some (or all) orders may ship directly from Kentucky but we are not guaranteeing shipping until we return from BreyerFest the week of July 23rd.

Math Example for 1 Tent Special Run Horse Purchase
$185
You send us 1 ticket packages and we credit you $65
$185 – $65 = $120

Math Example for 2 Tent Special Run Horse Purchases
$185 x 2 = $370
You send us 2 ticket packages and we credit you $65 x 2 = $130
$370 – $130 = $240 divided by 2 = $120 per horse

We have complete BreyerFest 2017 Single Day Stablemates Sets available for preorder. We had trouble acquiring individual Stablemates last year and are only offering pickups for the complete set of 4 horses. No tickets are required.

Availability
Last year, we were able to fill all of our preorders and we are confident that we can do so again this year. In the unlikely event that we are not able to fill your order, we will offer you a BreyerFest model of like value or issue you a full refund.

We are working on getting all of the BreyerFest Presales up on the website but expect some horses may sell out before we do. Again, we are only offering a very limited number of pickup slots.
