For sale is a Traditional Scale Breyer 711239 Mamacita y Chico. This gorgeous Andalusian Mare and Andalusian Foal set was sculpted by the talented Brigitte Eberl and was previously only available in a single run for the 2015 Premier Club. The mare is the Hermosa mold in a dappled sooty buckskin. The foal is the Corazon mold and is a lighter baby buckskin. This fine pair is a Breyerfest tent special run model for 2016.
Our European representatives, Mamacita and Chico are a pair of sooty buckskin Andalusians on Brigitte Eberl’s Andalusian mare and foal molds. The molds were first introduced in 2015 as part of the Premier Collection and are mold numbers 734 and 735.
The Andalusian traces its roots back more than 25,000 years to the Iberian horses of Spain and Portugal. As one of the world’s most ancient breeds, the Andalusian has served as the foundation for many other European breeds such as the Lipizzaner, many German warmbloods, Ireland’s Connemara, and England’s Cleveland Bay.
